We work professionally and in good faith, but we do not promise specific outcomes.
Fees for services will be communicated in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due as invoiced and before delivery of the corresponding work.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By paying through a third-party processor, you also agree to that processor's own terms. Card and payment details are handled by the payment processor in accordance with its own security standards.
7. Intellectual Property
